St Spyridon Beach in Corfu

St. Spyridon beach is in Perithia. It gets its name from St. Spyridon and the chapeldedicated to the saint that is found near the beach. St. Spyridon beach is long with golden sand. There areother smaller beaches next to it like ‘’Gialiskari” and Nissos, which are quieter. As you walk towards Acharavi you can find more beaches including a nude beach. St. Spyridon is the most popular though. You can get there by car and rent sunbeds and umbrellas. You can also do water sports or rent a boat and go on a trip around the northern coast of the island to visit places that can only be reached by boat. There are restaurants and bars in case you need anything as well as mini markets and tourist shops. This beach has been the locals favourite forever thanks to its clear water, green surroundings and because of the fact that it is easily reached by car.
